I've been wondering, lately... I'm already getting pretty old. And I've been here for... quite a long time. For the most of summer, and now that I think it's winter... it feels like it's been so long. But I don't feel like my body is growing older.

Perhaps I'm just... worrying, needlessly. But I wonder... should I be paying closer attention to that? Maybe, since I don't have to run away from cats, or worry about predators, or that I have plenty of food...

How silly of me to worry about feeling healthy, I suppose.

Hi Mrs. Brisby! It's nice to meet you again! I've nefur spoken to a talking squeakbeast befur. Are you tiny like a normal squeakbeast or bigger like a lusus squeakbeast would be?

Uh huh, yes, I know. That's why I'm asking! Beclaws it doesn't make much sense anyway so not growing older efur is pawsibble too I guess.

Well I could run on all fours so you wouldn't be too high up?? And you could ride on my back! I used to ride on Pounce like that all the time
